Today has been slightly crazier than yesterday. Here's the list version:
1. Got up early to make lunches.
2. Gave Chelsea a bath.
3. Took a shower myself.
4. Hung out with N.
5. Took N to school.
6. Got locked out of the house that I do not have a key to.
7. Got back in house. How is not important.
8. Cleaned.
9. Watched a couple episodes of Lost while I worked on my advent calendar.
10. Helped kids get homework done (a 3-hour chore, by-the-way).
11. Ate dinner then dessert.
12. Put Chelsea to bed. Let Andrew handle the kids for the remainder of the evening.
13. Currently listening to Andrew "handle" the kids.
14. About ready to go do some "handling" myself.
The thing I really want to say tonight is that I don't know how single mothers do it! When Andrew got home, he immediately jumped in and helped me with the kids and dinner. He is so helpful and really is a fantastic father. I'm so glad that I married the right man at the right time in the right place!
Okay. It sounds like Andrew's handling has turned into children's handling. I better intervene. Wish me luck!
By-the-way, sorry that this week's posts are a little drab. Life certainly gets crazier when you add more kids to the mix!
