What's my excuse this time for not getting this posted until half a year AFTER her birthday? *insert shrugging emoji here* Better late than never?
Alexa's birthday was pretty low-key this year, just a little family party, but she felt very special and loved and that's all that really matters on your birthday, right?
Chelsea did all the decorating for Alexa's birthday, which I love because it really gets Chelsea into the giving spirit and makes Alexa feel extra special!
Alexa requested marshmallow's on her cake and I think Barrett approved!
I can't imagine our lives without Alexa! She helps us all laugh at ourselves, appreciate the little things, and use our imaginations! She reminds me almost every day that I am beautiful and loved. She loves being sung to sleep at night, playing with friends, watching TV shows, jumping on the bed, dress-ups, music, and dancing.
